Cancellation by Customer
You may request to reschedule your consultation by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation by Us
If we need to cancel or reschedule a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer:
- A new appointment at a mutually convenient time, or
- A full refund if the consultation cannot be provided.
4. Webinar Registration
Free Webinars
Free webinar registrations do not require payment and therefore are not eligible for refunds.
Paid Webinars (if offered in the future)
If a paid webinar is cancelled by Balyaya’s Education & Consultancy, participants may receive either:
- A full refund, or
- Access to the rescheduled webinar.
5. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, please contact us with:
- Transaction ID
- Payment Date
- Registered Email
- Registered Mobile Number
After verification, any confirmed duplicate payment will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
6. Failed Transactions
If your payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, the refund is generally processed automatically by your bank or payment provider according to their policies.
If the issue persists, please contact both your bank and our support team for assistance.
